Hi There. I’m Dr. Sam!

With a background in strategy development, operations, and building equitable systems for companies, my journey has taken me from being a workaholic running a multiple six-figure consulting business caught in the autistic burnout cycle...to reconstructing my life post-burnout. And now I'm helping others do the same. I’ve built a holistic and intersectional framework that will help you find your path to recovery and reimagine how you live and work.
